Well, like many right now, our family got hit with a nasty cold that keeps moving from one to the other. A lot of coughing and chest congestion. I have been sick for 2 weeks and did everything I could to keep this from Trina, but just today she started coughing. No fun, so please pray for her. She can’t cough stuff up or blow her nose which makes it difficult to get over the sickness. I have a vaporizer on and have a suction machine on hand as needed too. Plus doing all the other treatable things to make her more comfortable. Yet, she doesn’t understand what is going on and still smiles though having miserable symptoms. Thank goodness I am on the other side and now on the mend, so strong enough to help her fight this thing. Tomorrow it’s a trip to the doctor!

Prior to this sickness, Trina continues to be doing amazing again. I realize I can’t help but tell our story about losing 2 years of our lives due to a car accident. It caused her to have seizures and loss of balance. Well, getting our life back without seizures and being able to walk her around (holding her hand) with her balance back has made life fun again. More adventurous for sure. These nasty colds cause a little set back but we’re still moving ahead with more fun plans in place.

Thank goodness all of the grandchildren LOVE their Auntie Trina. We have little ones running around so it’s a good thing they want to be around her.

Now it’s about getting well, staying well and getting ready for all of the holidays. There are also so many people to pray for who are sick or struggling right now and we just ask they heal quickly.
